Oasis Dream colt makes 210,000gns at Craven Breeze Up

An Oasis Dream colt consigned by Norman Williamson's Oak Tree Farm was in the top five highest-priced lots at Tattersalls Craven Breeze Up Sale yesterday (13th April).

The colt is out of an unraced full-sister to Juddmonte Group winners African Rose and Helleborine and counts Group winners Fair Eva (Frankel) and Calyx (Kingman) amongst his relatives.

He was knocked down to bloodstock agent Matt Coleman on behalf of Godolphin for 210,000gns. Coleman said: "Anthony [Stroud] and David Loder thought he was one of the picks of the sale. He breezed very well, and obviously has a good pedigree: his mother is a sister to the dam of Calyx. And this is the same cross as Calyx. He is a grand-looking horse, Norman [Williamson] has done a good job with him."
