Joining the roster in 2026 is Group 1-winning miler LEAD ARTIST. By world-class sire of sires Dubawi and from one of Juddmonte’s most storied families, the dynasty of the iconic blue hen mare Hasili, he hails from a stallion-making pedigree. Hasili herself produced five individual Group 1 winners as well as the influential sire Dansili, and her descendants have now accounted for no fewer than 59 Group 1 performances.

Lead Artist operated at a consistently high level throughout his career, with nine of his eleven starts coming in stakes company. He captured both the Group 3 Thoroughbred Stakes and Group 3 Darley Stakes at three, and stepped forward again at four, his crowning moment coming in the stallion-making Group 1 Lockinge Stakes, which he won in the second-fastest time in its history. In winning that prestigious mile event, Lead Artist defeated a top-class field, amongst them were four Group 1 winners, including Guineas winners Rosallion, Notable Speech, and Fallen Angel.

General Manager of Juddmonte UK, Simon Mockridge, comments “Lead Artist represents a fantastic opportunity to further strengthen our stallion roster. He combines pedigree and performance with an outstanding physical, possessing great balance, strength, and movement, all attributes which will appeal to the commercial breeder”

Lead Artist will stand his first season at a fee of £12,500 1st Oct SLF.

CHALDEAN continues to command attention, with his first foals arriving to glowing reports. He covered 323 mares in his first two books, covering more Group winners, stakes winners, and blacktype performers than any other first-season sire in Britain or Ireland in his debut year, and maintained that momentum in 2025 with another exceptional book, including 14 Group winners, 28 stakes winners, and 52 blacktype performers. Chaldean will stand his third season at a fee of £20,000 1st Oct SLF.

The phenomenal FRANKEL added a further 24 individual stakes winners to his record in 2025, 13 of them at Group level. He has now sired an extraordinary 40 individual Group 1 winners and stands as the most successful active sire of Northern Hemisphere Classic winners, with 12 to his name, including 2025 Irish 1000 Guineas heroine Lake Victoria and dual Classic winner Minnie Hauk. His success also continues in the sales ring, where for the third year in a row he topped the Tattersalls October Book 1 sires by both by aggregate and by average. Frankel’s fee will remain at £350,000 1st Oct SLF.

KINGMAN continued to assert his status among the elite, siring over 20 individual stakes winners in 2025, including nine Group winners. He became the second-fastest stallion ever to reach 100 individual Northern Hemisphere-bred stakes winners, behind only Frankel, and ahead of Deep Impact, Dubawi, and Galileo. His brilliant son Field Of Gold reigned supreme in the Irish 2000 Guineas and St James’s Palace Stakes, taking Kingman’s tally to 14 Group 1 winners, and five individual Classic winners. Kingman’s fee is unchanged at £125,000 1st Oct SLF.

A stalwart of the Juddmonte roster, OASIS DREAM remains a force to be reckoned with, completing his 22nd stud season with an impressive 82% fertility rate. One of the most successful active stallions in Britain, he has sired 18 Group 1 winners and 72 Group winners overall, adding four new Group winners in 2025. Of stallions still active in Britain, only Dubawi and Frankel have sired more Group 1 and Group winners. As a broodmare sire, Oasis Dream continues to excel, his daughters producing over 230 blacktype performers, 120 stakes winners, 74 Group winners, and 17 Group 1 winners. Oasis Dream will stand at a fee of £15,000 1st Oct SLF.

BATED BREATH remains a model of consistency, operating at 62% winners-to-runners rate and 9% blacktype horses-to-runners. In 2025 he sired nine stakes performers, headed by Group 2 Richmond Stakes and Group 1-placed Coppull. Other notable juveniles include the stakes performers Suspicious Mindz and Waiting For You. Bated Breath continues to offer commercial appeal, at the even more competitive fee of £5,000 1st Oct SLF.
