Well-related Poet's Voice mare Poetic Harmony topped the final edition of the Inglis Digital Online Sales for 2021, selling on Wednesday to the E-Thoroughbreds operation of breeder Tony Bott. Her dam, Anemometer, is a half-sister to the
Group 3 winner Anna Salai, who in turn is the dam of the English Derby winner Adayar.

The pedigree makes the Frankel pregnancy a valuable get for buyer Tony Bott. Poetic Harmony is also a half-sister to South African stakes winner Dubai Gina, as well as the stakes-placed pair of Anemoi and Harmattan.

Additionally, the page also includes the Group 1 winner and Widden Victoria shuttler National Defense, who has been
sidelined only this week by way of injury from returning to the Northern Hemisphere breeding season.

Bott's purchase through Wednesday's Inglis Digital December Online Sale continues his association with the European
Champion stallion Frankel, who is the sire of Bott's Gr.1 JJ Atkins Stakes winner Converge. Bott has been loyal to the Juddmonte sire, sending his $3 million mare Princess Coup on a handful of occasions, among others.

"I'll be honest, I hope it's a colt," Bott said of Poetic Harmony's pregnancy.

"We're mainly looking to race this foal, so ideally it's a colt and, if it's a filly, we might look to sell her as a yearling. But if it's a colt and we can get him to the top, it would be fantastic."

Bott said his success with Converge had spurred him in the direction of buying additional Frankel stock to race.

"We thought we'd roll the dice because Converge really whetted our appetite with Frankel, and we thought this way might be the best way to get another Frankel into our system, and we've bought the mare now so we'll see what we get."
